Usually solvent-based, UV stable
Our premium choice where the membrane is the finished surface. UV-stable grades are made to sit in full sun long term, and walkable areas get an aliphatic topcoat with anti-slip aggregate. The result is seamless and holds its colour on roofs, terraces and walkways.
Modified bitumen sheets
Sheets made in a factory and welded with heat at the laps, so the thickness is consistent everywhere. A tough choice for plant rooms, large flat roofs and areas that will be covered by pavers or ballast.
Water-based, reinforced
The workhorse under tiles and screeds on balconies, podiums, planters and wet areas. Low odour suits occupied buildings. Under-tile grades aren't made for long sun exposure, so they need tiles, a screed or a UV topcoat over them.
Polyurethane or epoxy system
Built for car park decks and ramps, with anti-slip aggregate and a tough topcoat that takes vehicle traffic and line marking.
Epoxy and polyurethane resins
For basements, retaining walls and slabs. Epoxy bonds dry, non-moving cracks back together. For leaking cracks, water-reactive polyurethane stops the flow, usually followed by a flexible resin for a permanent seal.
Negative side, concrete and brick
When the outside face can't be reached, like a basement built to a boundary, we treat the wall from the inside. It grows crystals in the pores and fine cracks. Working from the outside is always preferable, but it isn't always possible.
